Finding out there are more tree's leaning today from all the rain....

Rain, Rain, Go Away!

With all the rain that we have had lately, trees are at risk of uprooting. I heard on the news this morning that several trees have uprooted in Bucks County and Philadelphia. More rain is forecasted to come through the weekend. Time to have Giroud Tree come out and take a look at your trees for peace of mind!

Saturated ground, unending rain and flooding has proven too much for many area trees. Rob Poley, ISA Certified Arborist and Giroud Representative, snapped this photo today at a home in Wyndmoor, PA of a tree that uprooted and fell across the street.

On my way to work today, I heard that there is a hurricane brewing called Katia. It is too early to tell if it is going to affect us yet, but it brought to mind the importance of having your trees checked by a Giroud Arborist after a large storm such as Hurricane Irene.
