Just when we’re enjoying the great outdoors, we need to be on high alert for ticks. These dangerous pests spread of Lyme Disease as well as other serious illnesses such as Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.
Ticks like the shade. They seek protection from the sun in ground level vegetation such as high grasses, underbrush, shrubs and woods.

I would never have thought to contract a tree service to spray for ticks! It's scary to know you could contract Lyme disease and not know it. I had the beginnings of Lyme disease and thankfully I thought to add that to the list of tests when getting blood work done for fatigue. It's comforting to know there are options out there to keep those little buggers at bey!
Living in the suburbs and being active in the outdoors its nice to know that there can be some control measures on and around my property to protect my family and dogs. Very interesting!
