While the damage was thankfully far less than projected, Hurricane Irene still packed a wallop. Flooding, saturated ground and wind, toppled many trees and left homeowners with trees on houses and yards strewn with limbs, leaves and branches. We have gotten many calls since Sunday. While the storm was not as bad as predicted, she still managed to take down some large trees and limbs. We will be cleaning up for some weeks, we expect.
