Philadelphia Beekeepers Guild President, Suzanne Matlock, presents a workshop on Protecting Honeybees to Giroud Tree and Lawn. Honeybee populations are declining and could create severe impact on the world's food supply. Tree service companies can help protect honeybees. Giroud Tree employees learned about the honeybee's vital role in crop pollination, how to identify honeybees and resources to contact for safe and humane honeybee removal.
